Sabra

1960 Sabra Sussita Isreal

In order to receive government funding, at least half of the cars

produced had to be exported to bring money into Israel. A New

York importer agreed to handle the cars. Upon receiving the first

shipment, severe construction problems appeared. The cars were

wooden framed with a fiberglass skin. The shipment, except for 3

or 4, were sent back and the vehicles were redesigned. This is car

#10, the only known remaining example of the original shipment.
